About Your Stay
■ Availability
For the 2025 season, we are open for overnight stays on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only, from Saturday, May 31 to Sunday, October 26.
Please note that the season may end earlier depending on snowfall conditions.
In the event of road closures on the Norikura Echo Line due to poor weather, we may be forced to cancel your stay.
Notifications from Alpico Bus regarding road closures may occur on the day of your reservation. If this happens, we will contact the booking representative by phone.
The hut will be closed during the final weekend of October for seasonal shutdown procedures.
■ How to Book
Please check availability and make your reservation through our booking calendar. Payment can be made on-site at checkout via cash, credit card, or various electronic payment methods.
Note: Due to system limitations, each night must be booked individually.
If you plan to stay multiple nights, please make a separate reservation for each night.
■ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for personal reasons are accepted up to 4 days before your stay.
After that, the following charges apply:
3 days before: 50% of your total stay
2 days before: 70%
1 day before: 100%
Same day: 100%
However, if the Norikura Echo Line is closed due to weather on the day of your reservation, no cancellation fee will be charged.
